   as Nordwestdeutsche Ausstellungsgesellschaft mbH (NOWEA)
  Over 50 years' international trade fair experience worldwide
  More than 40 trade fairs in the event portfolio at the
   Düsseldorf venue, including 23 global number one fairs
  In addition, around 80 trade fairs are held internationally each year
  306,888 sqm total exhibition space at the Düsseldorf venue
   (263.888 sqm indoor)
  International Network
        12 subsidiaries and shareholdings
        66 agencies outside Germany, covering 109 countries
  Workforce of about 1,400 employees worldwide

Education and Training: What – and for whom?
    - Definition
     Education

      „Initial vocational education covers the transmission of (job-specific) skills,
      expertise and knowledge to an apprentice or student at a training facility.“


     Training

       „Advanced vocational training is any form of training that expands and
      deepens previous vocational training that has been received. It is preceded
      by earlier training stages and job experience.
      If further training is provided by a company, it is called in-house or
      on-the-job training.“

       formats to the staff of Messe Düsseldorf
      The content of all programsare adapted to the special needs of the different
       departments and functions
      Our programs are „alive“ – they change according to current needs and
       topical issues
      Education and training is offered on a regular basis

             Well trained staff (also temporary staff!) is the basis
