UK support for energy in developing countries: Infographics

Between 2010 and 2014, the UK provided $9.73 billion in support for energy in developing countries, with 46% allocated to fossil fuels compared to 22% for renewables. Notably, over 99% of UK export finance support was directed to fossil fuels, highlighting a significant investment gap in renewable energy. The major allocations within fossil fuels included oil and gas at 59% and coal at 9%.
