Unmasking Anonymous: An Eyewitness Account of a Hacktivist Attack

In 2011, Imperva witnessed an assault by the hacktivist group, Anonymous, which included the use of social media for communications and, most importantly, their attack methods. Since Anonymous’ targets vary, it is important for security professionals to learn how to prepare their organization for a potential attack.
