Delivering Excellence and Innovation in Prepaid, E-wallet, E-payments and Mobile Commerce  Prepaid (Electronic Wallet)  With a Prepaid  e-account/card, you deposit money into an online account, and then draw on those funds; therefore account holders can only spend what has been pre-loaded onto the e-account/card, enabling better management of their money.   There are no credit checks (or even id checks) required to get an e-account/card. As long as you're 18, you are 100% guaranteed to be approved . Even if you're under 18 (but at least 13) you can get a companion e-account/card, linked to an adult's e-account/card.  Today our solutions can be used in over 35 million locations worldwide.  E-wallet E-wallet encompasses E-money, electronic payments , mobile payments and Prepaid Cards; they can be used for a multitude of purposes such as Money Remittance, Employee Payroll , Government Benefits, Corporate Expenses, Incentives, Gaming, Travel, and Gifts. The Freedom Prepaid MasterCard is White Eagles  award winning consumer offering. The Freedom Prepaid MasterCard was the worlds first  instant issue, fully re-loadable, ATM Cash access, Prepaid MasterCard with chip & PIN security. APPENDICES
Eagle IP is the name given to the White Eagle’s processing platform, it is a collection of core integrated technologies for provisioning prepaid e-accounts and mobile banking/payments services.  The component technology is 100% developed in house by White Eagle and brings together a set of converging technologies into one cohesive application. The Platform consists of the following core components:  Data warehouse - our bespoke developed database system  Data Access Component - the core input output technology connecting Data to the Core API  API - the business layer between the secured data, the integrated service providers, SMS,  IVR and 3rd Party Technologies, such as Microsoft Navision ERP accounting  Configuration platform - the bespoke interface which allows full configuration of all White Eagle Prepaid Programs  Front End Development toolkits - there are 3 core front end, client facing developer toolkits; Website, SMS and IVR. These front end systems are data driven applications that take on the configuration of a particular program WE Solution, platform, scale;
OBI (Online Business Intelligence)  White Eagle has developed a robust, resilient and reliable technology solution called OBI that we have continually enhanced the applications and services, and have made a number of improvements to the reporting suites/data access points.  White Eagle retain ownership for creative ideas, development and all IP, we do not out source any of our development.  White Eagle believes that its Technology architecture, infrastructure and methodology differentiate White Eagle in the market place. Comprises of a CRM system, data reporting suite and reconciliation management tool  Access to over 30 individual data reports all of which have numerous filters for data segmentation  Access to real time data  Supports load channels including bank loads, post office and API’s  Hosted on secure environment with various roles based admin rights set by the administrator  Data stored securely at Rack Space PCI-DSS level 1 (Financial Services regulatory specification) Dashboard on OBI Data Centre provides overview of KPI’s by program  These reports can all be exported into   Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, XML for data manipulation, presentation and transportation Ability to create new reports on request (chargeable by White Eagle)
OBI (Online Business Intelligence)  White Eagle have developed “in house” a reporting suite which provides access to a comprehensive list of online reports, this allows 24 x 7 access to Cardholder data such as; Cards Ordered Cards Activated Card loads by value and number per period Average load by type – bank, PayPoint, Post Office, Cash Generator, PayZone Transaction values and volumes Spending trends by Country and Merchant Code Access to OBI is controlled by way of secure login, each user will be allocated specific and restricted access to varying levels of different functionality, based on their unique login. Data can be filtered and then downloaded to allow further analysis.
OBI (Online Business Intelligence)  Why is OBI Unique? All reports can be exported to Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, XML for data manipulation, presentation and transportation Individual logins with unique admin levels set by OBI administrator Call Centre access and tools for customer verification by fuzzy search, balance enquiries, re issuance of cards, activation of cards, transaction history and editable account details Ticketing system provides real time notes and escalations of cardholder enquiries.  Ability to open, close, re open and re allocate tickets.  All tickets stored for audit purposes. Access to real time float information including API/direct loads and balances Ability to perform balance adjustment in real time with user auditing and approval system Document Centre provides real time access to ID and other cardholder documents submitted for review or approval.  Ability to approve applications or upgrade instantly by approval of documents through this tool.  These documents are encrypted and stored securely on SFTP site for audit purposes.

Delivering Excellence and Innovation in Prepaid, E-wallet, E-payments and Mobile Commerce Prepaid (Electronic Wallet) With a Prepaid e-account/card, you deposit money into an online account, and then draw on those funds; therefore account holders can only spend what has been pre-loaded onto the e-account/card, enabling better management of their money.  There are no credit checks (or even id checks) required to get an e-account/card. As long as you're 18, you are 100% guaranteed to be approved . Even if you're under 18 (but at least 13) you can get a companion e-account/card, linked to an adult's e-account/card. Today our solutions can be used in over 35 million locations worldwide. E-wallet E-wallet encompasses E-money, electronic payments , mobile payments and Prepaid Cards; they can be used for a multitude of purposes such as Money Remittance, Employee Payroll , Government Benefits, Corporate Expenses, Incentives, Gaming, Travel, and Gifts. Eagle IP is the name given to the White Eagle’s processing platform, it is a collection of core integrated technologies for provisioning prepaid e-accounts and mobile banking/payments services. The component technology is 100% developed in house by White Eagle and brings together a set of converging technologies into one cohesive application. The Platform consists of the following core components: Data warehouse - our bespoke developed database system Data Access Component - the core input output technology connecting Data to the Core API API - the business layer between the secured data, the integrated service providers, SMS, IVR and 3rd Party Technologies, such as Microsoft Navision ERP accounting Configuration platform - the bespoke interface which allows full configuration of all White Eagle Prepaid Programs Front End Development toolkits - there are 3 core front end, client facing developer toolkits; Website, SMS and IVR. OBI (Online Business Intelligence) White Eagle have developed “in house” a reporting suite which provides access to a comprehensive list of online reports, this allows 24 x 7 access to Cardholder data such as; Cards Ordered Cards Activated Card loads by value and number per period Average load by type – bank, PayPoint, Post Office, Cash Generator, PayZone Transaction values and volumes Spending trends by Country and Merchant Code Access to OBI is controlled by way of secure login, each user will be allocated specific and restricted access to varying levels of different functionality, based on their unique login. Data can be filtered and then downloaded to allow further analysis.

All reports can be exported to Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, XML for data manipulation, presentation and transportation Individual logins with unique admin levels set by OBI administrator Call Centre access and tools for customer verification by fuzzy search, balance enquiries, re issuance of cards, activation of cards, transaction history and editable account details Ticketing system provides real time notes and escalations of cardholder enquiries. Ability to open, close, re open and re allocate tickets. All tickets stored for audit purposes. Access to real time float information including API/direct loads and balances Ability to perform balance adjustment in real time with user auditing and approval system Document Centre provides real time access to ID and other cardholder documents submitted for review or approval. Ability to approve applications or upgrade instantly by approval of documents through this tool. These documents are encrypted and stored securely on SFTP site for audit purposes.
