what is social…? Living together or enjoying life in communities or organised groups; ”a human being is a social animal”; ”mature social behaviour”. Social means taking consideration of each other’s behaviour.
The internet has changed the way people interact .It has made easier for people to interact, engage and collaborate with one another.
Conversations can be just about anything- a brand  person  service  or simply general kill-time fill-time chit-chats. They happen on blogs, social communities and so on..
What is social media? Medium to socialise. They use web based technology to quickly disseminate knowledge and information to a huge number of users. They allow creation and exchange of users generated content.
