Cardinal is hosting its annual company picnic on May 18, 2014 at an amusement park. The picnic will provide park admission, parking, meals, and entertainment for employees and their children under 18. Employees can purchase tickets for $39.50 for other family and friends to attend. The picnic will include a meal, temporary tattoos for children, character meet and greets, and door prizes.

Other family and friends may attend by purchasing their ticket. The cost per ticket is $39.50 Please list below who will be attending, age, and T-shirt size. Please return to Sherri NO LATER THAN Friday, April 18th . Your ticket will include: Park Admission Parking Meal at a covered pavilion Temporary Tattoos – For children Looney Tunes Characters will be there to entertain and take pictures with the children. Park opens at 10:00am *Lunch will be served from 2-3pm* 3:00pm -4:00pm: give away doors prizes and socialize with co-workers. Enjoy the park with your family Looking forward to seeing everyone there and having a great time.
