glh Hotels needed a new training solution to train their 2,000 dispersed staff across multiple brands and job roles. Their existing classroom-based training was logistically challenging and did not reflect their modern guest experience. They implemented a Totara LMS with branded portals to host e-learning and staff information in a learner-friendly, mobile-accessible platform. In the first six months, over 18,500 courses were completed and e-learning saw stronger adoption than classroom training. glh Hotels is now using Totara to support inductions and new internal certifications.
