Ádám Rahmi participated in a learning mobility project called FEMPOWER from September 11-16, 2017 in London, United Kingdom. The project aimed to foster gender equality and empowerment through gender mainstreaming in youth work. Learning mobility projects support youth workers' professional development by allowing them to gain new skills and experience abroad through activities like seminars, training courses, and job shadowing. Erasmus+ is an EU program that promotes skills and employability through education, training, youth and sport activities to improve young people's competencies, participation, inclusion, and the quality of youth work and policy.
