● It was impactful to see that it never happened and
relatable
● I wish he would have been able to have the
conversation but maybe it wouldn’t have ended well
as in the film
● Courageous for expressing himself
● The part is when he realizes that it never happened
● I feel as though this is very normal, especially with
immigrant parents. It’s hard for them to understand
something that they don’t have knowledge on

● I’ve been walking for a while. Should walk more.

● I’ve started a group somatic type of drama therapy
called Pesso-Boyden System Pyschomotor and it’s
amazing for not only healing past trauma but simply
being seen/heard/treasured
