Carlo Scarpa is a partner in the International Litigation and International Contracts Department of Tonucci & Partners, he is also the co-responsible for the Padua Office. His practice focuses on drafting and the negotiation of Commercial Contracts, JV and IP contracts and litigates in matters involving Conflicts of Laws. Carlo obtained his Law Degree at Bologna’s University in 1986, admitted to the Bar in 1990. He obtained his Master in Business Administration in 1988. Carlo was admitted to defend before the Cassation Court in 2009 and in 2013 was elected for a three years term as a Judge for the Italian Federation of Rugby’s Appeal Court.
