- 15. Database Terms TableA table is a collection of information arranged in rows and columns. Information about an item is displayed in a row. Columns contain the same type of information for each item. The table has a header row that tells you what data is contained in the columns.
- 16. RecordsetA recordset is a table that displays groups of records from a base table or as a query result. FormA form is a graphical interface that is used to display and edit data. Forms can be developed from a table or a query. Forms can include calculations, graphics and objects.
