I, Prof Dr Ganesh D Rao working in Electronics and Communication department


in the capacity of Head of Department wish to write my recommendations for Pavan M
R. I have known Pavan as a student during the academic year 2013 to 2015.
I understand that Pavan is applying for his Masters program in Wireless Communication
and I strongly recommend his application for higher studies. My observation about Pavan
is as mentioned below.
