Why are you looking for another job?

= for job security because, I am in a project based contract only then I want
another challenge to take and to learn both technical and as person...

- To be perfectly honest with you, I'm looking for a lot more growth
opportunities than my current company is willing to offer me.
- At this point in my career, I'm looking for new growth opportunities. I
love my team and manager but I’ve hit a plateau.
So with the skills I am bringing to this role, I think it would be a
really good fit!

when will your project will end?


= Im not sure when but they say that it will end this year because our client
will be going to a manage service
so thats why, and I dont want to wait for the time that they will notify us
that we will only have to stay this month or next month something like that so
I really need to secure job before it happens.

How many years of experience in IT?


= I guess its already 4 years + all in all. I spent 3 years + as an IT
support and and I guess 8 months already as Network Engineer in my current company.

where are you located? =


i am staying in pasig city

what do you do as network engineer in your current job?


=we are doing network supports and request by L1 tech supports, deploying new
Access points in area that
are having difficulties with wifi then we also troubleshoot or
replaced AP immidiately when
we monitored down. We also do RFC for documentation for any changes made
in the network like adding access switches in the production. And we also
do network monitoring and respond to any issue occured. So those are some
of task we do but theres a lot more.

what else? = like adding more ip address pool in dhcp if there are additional
subnet. We also add DNS in the dns server. We analyze and resolve different
kinds of network issue and I am thankful because I can resolve issues
even when I am only the one who is on duty like in graveyard shift.
But I am not telling that I am very good and can do a lot of things,
ofcourse I do some research and call and asked help to our seniors as well
and that really helps me.

What is your expected salary?


- My salary range is flexible but of course l'd like to be compensated
fairly. I'm open to discussing specific numbers after learning more about the job.

- Well, it’s good to be compensated based on my skills and base on the


position I am applying for.
But it would be an honor for me to be compensated in a range of (if
gusto nga range or valid range) per month. But you know that can also be
negotiated.

= i cant really tell, I dont have any idea.

= sorry I take my salary as my password. I dont tell it to anyone.
