Caloric Baseline + 400 = Maintenance Calories
WEIGHT Maintenance Calories – 750 = Calorie Target

IF YOU WANT TO
MAINTAIN Current Body Weight x 11 = Caloric Baseline

WEIGHT Caloric Baseline + 400 = Calorie Target

IF YOU WANT TO
BUILD Current Body Weight x 11 = Caloric Baseline

MUSCLE
Caloric Baseline + 400 = Maintenance Calories
Maintenance Calories + 300 = Calorie Target
